摘要
通过发展和改革知识经济的主导产业———教育,通过建立知识经济的骨干工程———国家创新体系,通过加强知识经济的基础设施建设来提高我国人民的整体素质,提高我国的综合国力和国际竞争能力,从而实现科教兴国战略的最终目标。
Through developing and reforming the leading industry of knowledge and economy—education,building up its mainstay project—national innovative system,enhancing its projects for basic facilities,increase our national quality of a whole,raise our comprehensive national strength and international competition so as to realize the final aim of revitalizing the Chinese nation with science and education.
