摘要
本文在研究用于提取数字图像点特征的国外知名算子——Moravec算子及Forstner算子的基础上，提出在点特征提取质量及运算速度上均更优的新算子。新算子采用由粗到精的序贯算法，较之前两种算子不仅具有更简单的形式，而且解决了两种算子必须在窗口内确定加权重心以及Forstner算子中之经验阈值w_(11m)难于确定的缺点。

Based on the researth of the well-known Moravec's operator and Forstner's
operator used for extracting point-liked featufes from digital image a new operator is
presented in this paper Using the new operator a sequental algorithm from coarse to
fine is adopted Comparatively the new operator has more simple form and is superior
to the former two in respects of speed and accuracy as well as has solved drawbacks
of the former two
