摘要
建筑模网混凝土是一种新型节能墙体材料。但若墙体采用这种材料,而屋面仍采用普通钢筋混凝土,屋面板的支模和钢筋绑扎有困难,且墙体和楼板混凝土不能一次浇筑完成。另外,在屋面结构中墙体与屋面板间存在热桥,从而影响建筑的节能保温。通过对建筑模网混凝土屋面材料的研究,将建筑模网产品做部分改动后用于屋面结构中,既解决了上述问题,又改善了屋面结构体系的节能、保温和防水性能。
Construction mesh concrete is a new energy-saving material for walls.When it is used for wall,and common reinforced concrete is still used for roofing,it is difficult for the roofing to set up the formwork and bind the reinforcing steel bar.Furthermore,concrete pouring of wall and floors cannot be finished once.In addition,there exits heat bridge between wall and roofing in roof structure so that energy saving and heat in-sulation of construction will be affected.In the study of using construction mesh concrete as roofing material,it can be used for roof structure after some modification of it.Not only can above-mentioned questions be solved,but also energy-saving,heating insulation and water-proof performance can be improved.
