摘要
通过微乳胶囊技术,以石灰为主要原料,进行有机无机复合。充分利用氢氧化钙碳化硬化成膜的特点,克服了石灰易龟裂、附着力低等不足,研制成功了具有环保、耐水、高强度、价格低的内墙腻子,其性能指标符合《建筑室内用腻子》JG/T3049—1998:N型腻子技术要求。
Through the technique of microcapsule emulsion,with the the calcium hydroxide as main material.we made an organic-inorganic combination.The inner wall putty, which utilizing the characteristic of carbonization and hardening of Ca(OH)2and overcoming honeycomb cracks and low adhesion of calcium hydroxide,was formedAll its performance of environmental protection , resistivity against water, high intensity and low price reached technical norms of JG/T3049-1998 for N-style putty.
