摘要
农民工是社会转型期向我国工人阶级过渡的新群体。无论从理论上还是现实生活中,农民工已经逐步成为我国的新产业工人。走出对农民工的认识误区,从宏观政策上提高农民工的地位和待遇,推动其向工人阶级的转化,有利于加速我国的产业化进程和农业结构调整,促进我国现代化的进程。
Chinese farmers are transforming their profession from farming into industry during this social transformation period,forming themselves a new community of industrialists.In order to improve their social status hindered by some social misconceptions,it is necessary to enforce preferential policies to smooth their transformation and to accelerate the course of modernization.In the meantime,industrialization has been boosted and agrostructure has been optimized too.
