摘要
实现炭材料不可拆卸型连接最有效的方法是使用粘接技术。因为炭材料多用于高温领域 ,因此 ,炭材料高温粘结剂的研究越来越重要。利用树脂炭化后的残碳的耐热性等特点 ,以有机树脂为基体的粘结剂也可用于炭材料的高温粘接连接 ,与无机型高温粘结剂相比 ,有机型高温粘结剂的耐热温度和粘接强度都比较理想。本文就有机类型的高温粘结剂的分类。
The most promising method for non-detachable bondings of carbon materials is to employ adhesives As carbon materials are usually used as high temperature material,the researches of high temperature adhesives for carbon materials become urgent The organic resins also can be used as the matrixes of high temperature adhesives due to the heat resistance of the residual carbon produced from the carbonization of resins Compared with the inorganic high temperature adhesives,the heat resistance and bonding strength of the organic high temperature adhesives are satisfactory In this paper,the classification and properties of the organic high temperature adhesives are discussed
