管理体制、运行机制以及社会环境的变化使国防科技情报研究面临巨大的挑战。本文结合自身实践探讨了如何利用网络环境和新的工作模式及方法 ,弥补现实能力的不足 ,提高研究的效率、质量 。
The fast change of environment of defense science & technology intelligence research makes a significant gap between the requirements and the capabilities of research. This article discusses how to use computer network to improve efficiency, quality and capabilities of defense science & technology intelligence research.
