摘要 目的 了解浙江省麻疹野毒株的抗原性变异状况。方法 采用麻疹病毒标准株Edmonston、疫苗株沪1 91 与近几年浙江省分离的麻疹野毒株 (浙江 /5 /98和浙江 /4 /2 0 0 0 )分别制备免疫血清 ,与各毒株进行交叉中和试验。结果 麻疹野毒株浙江 /5 /98与疫苗株沪1 91 和Edm株的抗原比分别为 3 0和 2 6,浙江 /4 /2 0 0 0与上述 3毒株的抗原比分别为 7 3和 5 65 ,其抗原性存在着明显的差异。结论 浙江省麻疹野毒株已出现明显的抗原性变异。 Objective To study the antigenic variation of wild-type measles virus prevailing in Zhejiang Province. Methods The immune serum containing anti-measles virus neutralization antibody titers, which were obtained by using the standard strain of measles virus (Edmonston), the vaccine strain (S_ 191 ) and the two wild-type strains (Zhejiang/5/98 and Zhejiang/4/2000) isolated recently immunizing rats respectively, were measured in cross neutralization test. Results The antigenic ratios of Zhejiang/98/5 to S_ 191 and Edmonston were 3.0 and 2.6 respectively, which of Zhejiang/4/2000 to these two strains were 7.3 and 5.65 respectively, suggesting a significant difference between two wild-type strains and the standard strain,the vaccine strain in antigenicity. Conclusions Wild-type measles virus prevailing in Zhejiang Province has appeared significant antigenic variation.
