摘要
目的 探讨鼻底周围植骨术在唇腭裂术后鼻畸形整复术的应用价值。方法 对 4 4例病人进行鼻底周围植骨术 ,术后随访 6～ 12个月。结果 病人术后鼻底丰满 ,鼻翼基底上抬 ,降低了外鼻畸形矫正的难度。结论 鼻底周围植骨术能改善面中 1/ 3凹陷畸形 ,增加面中部美感 ,具有一定临床实用价值。
Objective To study the effects of the bone grafting in the correction of secondary nasal deformity of cleft lip.Methods 44 patients was treated with the bone grafting around the bottom of nose,postoperative follow-up 6～12 months.Results The bone grafting can plump the bottom of nose and alar base support.Conclusion The bone grafting can improve midface esthetics,has practical value.
