摘要
目的 了解中国部分贫困地区乡、村两级5岁以下儿童保健服务提供的质量状况。方法 对卫生人员进行访谈、知识技能的考核、提供服务过程的观察及对就诊的5岁以下儿童家长进行访谈。结果 儿保人员的检查诊断以及治疗方面基本达到了项目要求;乡、村儿保人员的基本知识与技能掌握良好,服务态度令人满意。但分析也反映出,乡、村儿保人员在儿科检查的知识方面及村级儿保人员在掌握使用抗生素剂量的知识方面不能令人满意。结论 今后应继续提高贫困地区乡、村级儿童保健服务的质量,特别是要加强对乡级医生的培训。
OBJECTIVE To examine the health sen ice quality for the under-5 child clients at township and village clinics in rural areas of China. METHODS In-depth individual interviews to health workers, exit-interviews to parents of children under 5 patients, testing the knowledge of health workers and observing the service practices of health workers to patients were used to get the information. RESULTS The results show that the services of health workers to children on examination, diagnosis and therapy have reached the proposed targets; the basic knowledge and skills of those health workers also have improved; the interviewed people were basic-ally satisfied with the health services to their children. However the results also reveal that child health workers at township and village clinics had insufficient knowledge on examination; child health workers at village station didn t master the use of antibiotics in appropriate dose. CONCLUSIONS It is necessary to further improve quality of child health care service at township and village levels in rural areas of China, especially to strengthen the train to health workers at township hospitals.
