摘要
目的:探讨老年缺血性眩晕的盔颅多普勒超声(TCD)改变。方法:对48例老年人缺血性眩晕的TCD资料进行分析。结果:本组V-BA血流异常占82.1％,颈内动脉分支血流异常占12.5％。结论:TCD是临床诊断缺血性眩晕的一种有效手段。
Objective: To explore TCD changes in the old patients with ischemic vertigo. Methods: The data of TCD changes in the 48 old patients with ischemic vertigo were analysed. Result: In this group, abnormal rate of V - BA blood flow was 82.1 percent, The blood flow abnormal rate of ICA was 12.5 percent. Conclusions: TCD is an effective measure in clinical diagnosis of ischemic vertigo.
