摘要
目的:双缩脲法手工与上机测定24h尿蛋白实验比较。方法:采取60份尿蛋白定性+～++++的尿样,分别用手工法与生化分析仪进行24h尿蛋白定量。结果,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05),而手工操作的结果与文献报道一致,结论:建议24h尿蛋白定量检查最好用手工法。
