摘要
目的:探讨异位妊娠三种治疗方法的优缺点。方法:根据222例的异位妊娠病人的病情及知情选择,分成药物保守组、腹腔镜组、剖腹手术组进行分析。结果:药物保守组住院时间长、疗效不确切,但成功者可以避免手术。两组手术病人对比,将手术损伤、术后恢复进行统计学分析,有明显差异。(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:腹腔镜异位妊娠治疗是异位妊娠治疗的最佳方案。
Objective To probe into the advantage and disad vantage of the three kinds of therapy of heterotopic pregnancy.Method Aaording to the conditions of 222cas es of patients of heterotopic pregnanly they were divided into three groups(con servative drug-healing group,p eritoneoscope group and laesarean o peration g roup)Results The patients in conservative drug-hedi ng group had to be in hos pital for a lon g time and the exact effect could not be achieved however,the p atients in th is group could avoid the operation.After statistical analysis of the operation injury and postoperative recovery,distin ct differences were foun d(P<0.05,0.01)Conclusion Peritoneoscope therapy is the best one to t reat heterotopic pre gnancy.
