摘要
目的 通过对脑卒中患者的脉压分析 ,探讨脉压与脑卒中的关系。方法 将我院近 10年来住院治疗的5 0 7例脑卒中患者分为出血性脑卒中组和缺血性脑卒中组 ,并随机选取健康体检人员 5 0 0例作为对照组 ,分析三组人员的脉压差。结果 ( 1)脉压的增大与脑卒中的发生呈正相关 ,三组同年龄的分组比较 ,脑卒中组的脉压水平明显高于对照组。 ( 2 )脑卒中组的高血压患病率明显高于对照组 ,各组高血压患者脉压水平比较 ,脑卒中组也明显高于对照组。结论 脉压的增大与脑卒中的发生有关 。
Objective The purpose of present study was to explore the relationship between pulse pressure and acute stroke.Methods 507 hospitalized patients with acute stroke were divided into two group:hemorrhagic and ischemic groups.The Controls were selected randomly from individuals of routine health examination in our hospital.Results (1)There was positive correlation between higher pulse pressure and acute stroke.The pulse pressure was higher in stroke group (including hemorrhagic and ischemic group) than in the controls.(2)The incidence of hypertension was higher in stroke groups than in controls.The pulse pressure was higher in the stroke group than in the controls.Conclusions Higher pulse pressure was associated with stroke.Pulse pressure may be an important risk factor of stroke.
