摘要
目的 :研究双氯芬酸钠栓在妇科手术后镇痛的临床效果。方法 :随机抽取 10 0例患者术毕回病房后 ,遵医嘱立即应用双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药进行镇痛。 92例患者采用传统的镇痛方式 ,即在术后 6h或病人主诉疼痛时遵医嘱给予肌肉注射度冷丁 5 0～ 10 0mg ,比较两组病例的镇痛效果及术后恢复情况。结果 :实验组与对照组使用不同的镇痛方法后 ,实验组患者 4 8h的VAS疼痛评分明显小于对照组 (p <0 .0 0 5 ) ,副作用及肠蠕动恢复情况两组比较有明显差异 ,实验组明显优于对照组 (p <0 .0 0 5 )。实验组术后疼痛感觉不明显 ,且术后活动早 ,恢复快。结论 :妇科手术后应用双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药进行镇痛 ,操作简便 ,疗效可靠 ,具有一定的临床价值。严密的临床观察、正确的疼痛评估及适时镇痛措施的落实是有效减轻患者术后疼痛的关键。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical pain controlling effect of diclofenac sodium on patients who undergo gynecologic operation.Methods:100 cases were randomly chosen after they had undergone gynecologic operation.In order to control the pain diclofenac sodium were given to patients I.E.according to doctor's advice.The other 92 cases received traditional therapy.That is 50～100mg Dolantin i.m 6 hour after operative or when patients complain of pain.Compare the pain controlling effect and postoperative rehabilitation between the two groups.Results:Different pain controlling methods were employed to test group and controll group.The VAS pain score of test group in 48 hours was significantly (p<0.05)less than controll group.There was significant difference(p<0.05)in side effect and rehabilitation of intestins peristalsis.Test group was better than controll group.The patients of the test group didn't strongly feel pain postoperative.Moreover the patients of the test group could exercise early and rehablitate quickly.Conclusions:Appliance of diclofenac sodium I.E. on patients undergone gynecologic operation postoperative to controll pain is simple and reliable.To a certain extent diclofenac sodium is valuable in clinic.The effective ways reducing pain postopertive include careful clinical observation and correct pain evaluation.Applying of diclofenac sodium in time is also very important.
