摘要
目的 :观察乌体林斯联合草酸铂加氟苷方案治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和不良反应。方法 :30例进展期胃癌按以下方案治疗 :草酸铂 130mg/m2 ivdrop 2hdl,CF15 0mg/m2 ivdropdl～ 5 ,5 -FU5 0 0mg/m2 ivdropdl～ 5 ;乌体林斯 1.72 μg(1ml)im5 /qw。每 3周重复 ,3周期后评价疗效。 结果 :CR3例 ,PR15例 ,NC8例 ,PD4例 ,总有效率 6 0 %,毒副反应主要为I -II级消化道和骨髓毒副作用。结论 :乌体林斯联合草酸铂加氟苷方案治疗进展期胃癌疗效好 ,耐受性好。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic and adverse effects on advanced gastric cancer treated by Utilins combined with oxaliplatin and 5-fluoro-2-deoxyuridine(5-FUDR).Methods:30 patients of advanced gastric cancer were treated by such projects:oxaliplatin 130mg/m 2 iv drop 2h dl,CF 150mg/m 2 iv drop dl～5,5-FUDR 500mg/m 2 iv drop dl～5,Utilins 1.72μ(1m1)im 5/qw,3 weeks a cycle.The treatment effects were evaluated after 3 cycles.Results:3 cases were CR,15cases PR,8 cases NC and 4 cases PD.The total effective rate was 60%. The I～II toxic and side effects in digestive tract and bone narrow were observed in some patients,wheras III～IV toxic and side effects were rare. Conclusion:The project of Utilins combined with oxaliplatin and 5-FUDR in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is effective and tolerable.
