胸骨“T”形锯开微创切口保留后叶装置二尖瓣置换术临床探讨

摘要 目的 介绍胸骨中下段“T”行锯开微创切口、保留后叶装置、连续缝合法人工机械瓣二尖瓣置换术的临床观察结果。方法 本组 4 2例患者应用胸骨中下部“T”形锯开微创切口行保留二尖瓣后叶装置人工机械瓣置换术 ,其中男性 18例 ,女 2 4例 ,年龄 31~ 5 6岁。结果 应用该手术技术的患者 ,手术顺利 ,无术后并发症及死亡。结论本术式具有安全、创伤小、术后心脏功能恢复快、并发症少等优点。 Objective To report the results of clinical observation of mini-T sternotomy (lower half) for the mitral valve replacement with preserva tion of the posterior leaflet and chordae tendineae (MVRP). Methods To use the technique of mini-T sternotomy for the MV RP in this group, there were 42 patients(18 men and 24 women),with a ges ranging from 31~56 years. Results The overall patients in the group were successfully trea ted with this technique without postoperative complications and death. Conclusion The advantages of this technique are safe , less-injury, quick recovery of the heart function and so on.
