摘要
文章对高等学校图书馆新规程进行了研究 ,指出 :根据网络化、数字化发展的需要 ,《普通高等学校图书馆规程 (修订 )》对高等学校图书馆性质、地位做出新的概括 ,对高等学校图书馆任务、管理体制、组织机构和科学管理、文献资源建设、读者服务、专业队伍建设、经费、馆舍、设备办馆条件等提出了新的规范。
This paper studies on the new order of the university libraries.It points out that in the networking and digital trend,the new order should carry out new conception to the character and position of the university library.At the same time,it should bring forward a new norm to the task,management system,organization structure,document resource development,reader service,specialty team development,funds,building,equipments,and so on.
