加入世贸组织 ,是 2 1世纪中国的选择。在机遇和挑战面前 ,高校图书馆应采取积极措施 ,及时调整自己的管理体制和运行机制 ,改变服务模式 ,提高服务质量 ,制定适应入世要求的法规 ,提高馆员素质 ,培养复合型人才以求得生存与发展。
China's entering into the WTO brings great chances and opportunities for the management of academic libraries in China.Facing this situation,we should actively take the best way to adjust their management systems and operation,change service patterns,improve service quality, draft related laws,enhance the quality of librarian and training of talented people for our libraries' advancement and development
