摘要
21世纪我国高等教育的改革与发展对高校图书馆提出了新的要求。在这样的新形势下 ,图书馆如何发展 ,怎样去满足高等教育改革和时代发展的需要 ,就此问题笔者提出了提高图书馆信息服务质量的一系列措施与建议。
In the 21^(st) century,our country carries out reform on advanced education to accelerate into development,which puts forward new requirement for advanced college libraries.According to this, this paper gives some measures and suggestions for the advanced college libraries on how to fo1low the advanced education reform and time requirement,and how to improve the quality of information service.
