摘要
目的 :比较甘草根总黄酮与其精制部分和不纯部分、甘草根总黄酮与甘草叶总黄酮对大鼠体内血栓形成和凝血时间的影响。方法 :毛细管法观察凝血时间 ;电刺激法观察血栓形成时间。结果 :甘草根总黄酮 0 .8g/ kg和 0 .2 g/ kg、甘草叶总黄酮 1g/ kg和 0 .5 g/ kg均使大鼠颈动脉血栓形成时间延长 ;甘草根总黄酮和甘草叶总黄酮大剂量组还显著延长凝血时间 ;甘草根总黄酮的精制部分和不纯部分只有大剂量组对血栓形成和凝血时间有明显影响。结论 :甘草叶总黄酮与甘草根总黄酮抗凝血、抗血栓的药理作用相似。甘草根总黄酮中的精制部分和不纯部分抗凝血。
Objective:To make The comparison of the effect on thrombogenesis and coagulation time in rats.Among total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae(Ⅰ),purificatory composition of total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae(Ⅱ) and nonpurificatory composition of total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae(Ⅲ),total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae and total flavones of Folium Glycyrrhizae(Ⅳ).Methods: To determine coagulation time by capillary, and to determine thrombogenesis by electric stimulation . Results:Ⅰ0.8g/kg and 0.2g/kg ,Ⅳ 1.0g/kg and 0.5g/kg prolonged the occlusion time of thrombosis that was induced electrically in the carotid artery of the rat .Ⅰ0.8g/kg and Ⅳ 1.0g/kg markedly prolonged the coagulation time.Ⅱ and Ⅲ 0.8g/kg markedly prolonged the occlusion time of thrombosis and the coagulation time. Conclusions: Total flavones of Folium Glycyrrhizae are similar to total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae in the effect on thrombogenesis and coagulation time in rats. The purificatory composition and nonpurificatory composition of total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae are weaker than total flavones of Radix Glycyrrhizae in the effect on thrombogenesis and coagulation time in rats.
