摘要
目的 :评价在表面麻醉下 ,巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶体植入术的手术效果。方法 :老年性白内障 2 2 0例 ,在表面麻醉下行巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶体植入术 ,将术中疼痛分为 5级 ,通过问卷调查 ,评价患者对手术的耐受性和分析手术效果。结果 :除对术毕球结膜下注射感到疼痛外 ,患者均能耐受并配合完成手术。结论 :表面麻醉下行巩膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶体植入术安全有效 。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of topical anesthesia in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with scleral tunnel incision. Method: The tolerance and postoperative effects of 220 cases of senile cataract, intraoperative pain was immediately evaluated after surgery by 5-point pain scale. Result: Except for feeling pain as subconjunctival injection, the patients could endure the surgery and cooperate with doctor in accomplishing the surgery. Conclusion:Topical anesthesia can be used safely and effectively for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with scleral tunnel incision. It can shorten surgery time and relieve the sense of tension of the patients.
