摘要
动物服毓麟汤后其血浆黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平明显升高;可增加卵巢、子宫组织重量;可使血浆雌二醇、孕酮含量呈增加趋势,并使动物排卵数目有所增加;但对垂体组织重量无影响。本方一定剂量下可抑制垂体后叶素所致动物离体子宫收缩,使输卵管节律性收缩加强。,本方尚可显著提高血浆6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)水平,具有抗炎及非特异性镇痛作用。推测其促进改善排卵功能与兴奋生殖内分泌轴的作用有关。
Our research has shown that the prescription has significant offects on animals: 1. the amount of LH and FSH was significantly enhanced in blood (P 0.01), and the concentration of E_2 and tended to rise, and the number of ova was increased; 2. the medicine caused the ovary and uterus of animals to increase in weight more than in the control group, but had no effects on pituitary weight; 3. this prescription can inhibit contraction of the uterus while improving fallopian tube rhythmic medicine and contraction in vitro; 4. the level of 6-keto-PGF_1 a was enhanced after using the anti-inflammatory and nonspecific analgesic effects were found during inves- tigation. In conclusion, the prescription appears to stimulate the reproduction- endocrine-axis and the function of ovulation in animals.
