Experimental research on the moisture distribution of high moisture content rough rice during harvest

摘要 测定了5个品种的双季稻在收获期的粒间水分分布,结果表明,同一稻穗粒间的水分差异很大,在完熟期收获的稻谷粒间的水分分布频率存在两个峰值,5个品种稻谷的水分分布及在降水过程中的变化规律具有化一化的倾向,且受环境因素的影响较大. The kernel moisture contents (MC) distribution of five varieties doubleseason rice were tested during the process of harvesting, drying and storage. The results showed that significant kernel MC variance existed among the same panicle, and two peak value of kernel MC distribution frequency appeared during harvest. It was also found that the MC distribution of five varieties during harvest and drying presented the same trend of uniformity but also was influenced greatly by environmental factors.
