摘要
从理论和实验两个方面,对黄芪与当归配伍的药对进行了研究。二者以气血配对原则为指导,有多方面协同作用,剂量改变对其配伍作用有重要影响。以三个不同用药比例组(黄芪与当归5∶1、1∶2和1∶1配对)为主,从器官、组织乃至分子等不同层次上,对其作用进行了正常小鼠的实验观察。结果表明:黄芪与当归不同比例配伍,有着不同的作用机制和效果,进而探讨了有关气血理论的某些实质,观察了配伍的协同作用。
Radix scutellariae and radix angelicao sinensis conform to synergism rule of Qi and blood and have compatibility each other.Dosage had obvious influence on compatibility of the two kinds of drugs.Three groups of different proportion of dosage of the two kinds of drugs were compared to observe the effect on organ,tissue of mice.Different proportion of dosage ot drugs present different effect showing essence of Qi and blood.
