摘要
目的:比较不同孕产史的早孕妇女在人工流产术前应用奥湿克效果。方法;采用前瞻性的随机对照研究方 法,共接纳合格妇女408人,按既往孕产情况分为三类:初孕妇、有人工流产史的未产妇、经产妇,每类孕妇随机分为奥 湿克组及对照组,奥湿克组术前30min～2h口服奥温克2片,对照组术前不用药。结果:人工流产术前口服奥湿克对 不同孕产史的受术者,均有明显扩张宫颈的作用,并明显减轻术中疼痛的程度(P<0.05),这种变化以初孕妇更为显, 著(P<0.001)。对于初孕妇及有人工流产史的未产妇,口服奥湿克还能明显缩短手术时间(P<0.05)。结论:人工流 产术前口服奥湿克对于不同孕产史的早孕妇女均有明显效果,以初孕妇的效果更为显著。
Objective: To investigate the different effects of Arthrotec used before artificial abortion on early pregnant women of different pregnant histories. Methods: A prospective random comparative trial was conducted. 408 women were divided into 3 groups according to their pregnant histories, which included raultipara, primipara and nullipara who had artificial abortion histories. Each one was randomly allocated to Arthrotec group (2 tablets of Arthrotec were taken orally 30 minutes to 2 hours before the operation) and the control group (no drags were given before the operation). Results: Arthrotec could obviously dilate the uterine cervix and diminish pain during the operation for all the three kinds of early pregnant women ( P < 0. 05 ). Such changes were more significant for primipara (P < 0. 001). Arthrotec could also reduce the operation time for primipara and nullipara who had artificial abortion histories ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Arthrotec has effects on early pregnant women of different pregnant histories when taken orally before artificial abortion, especially for primipara.
