摘要
目的;了解剖宫后1年内孕≤70天药物流产的安全性、有效性。方法;观察243例剖宫产后1年内早孕对象药物流产效果及其副反应等。结果:完全流产率93.00％;不全流产率5.53％;失败率1.65％。结论:口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇能有效地终止剖宫产后1年内早孕,其效果与一般人群药物流产效果相似,其安全性、有效性令人满意。此外,由于用药后内、外源性前列腺素的协同作用,促进了宫颈的软化与宫口扩张,即使药物流产失败,也易于实施吸宫术,减轻了受术者的痛苦。
Objective: To detect safet) and effectiveness of medicine abortion with Mifeprastorie to women in early pregnancy (less then 70 days) , who hao caesarean operation within the last 12 months . Method: Effectiveness and side - effect of 243 women were observed. Results: Among 243 observed women, 39 per cents of them had complete abortion, 5. 53 per cent had incomplete abortion, and 1. 65 per cent was failure Conclusion: Mifeprostone combined with Misoprostol orally can terminate early pregnancy aftes caesarean op eration within 1 year effectively. Its safety and effectiveness is satisfactory which is as the same as in normal population. The joint effort of immanent and extrinsic prostaglandin make cervix soft and dilation. Suction is much easier to be operated even though it is failed using Mifeprostone for medicine abortion. Pains suffered by patients who have to accept operations are reduced significantly.
