鱼精蛋白对肝素抗离体大鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤作用的影响
摘要
在防治心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(I/R)的研究中,目前研究发现采用肝素进行预处理可明显减轻心肌I/R,改善心肌舒缩功能的恢复.本研究拟探讨鱼精蛋白和肝素之间的相互作用对心肌I/R的影响.
