摘要
本实验对山茶叶、轮叶党参、卵叶芍药、苦味西葫芦、狼毒大戟 5种中草药的提取物进行了体外、体内抗鸡新城疫病毒 ( NDV)筛选 ,结果表明山茶叶抗 NDV作用较强 ,其对 NDV的灭活率和抑制率分别为5 6 .14 %、5 8.5 9%。
The extract of Cass nomame(sieb)honda,Codonopsis lanaceolat abenth.et Hook,Paeonia obovata maxim,Cucurbita pepo cv Dayanggua and Euphoriba fisheriana steud were screened on anti-NDV action in vivo and in vitro.The results showed that the extract of Cass nomame(sied) is prior to other extracts,its inhibition rate and inactivation rate is 56.14% and 58.59% respectively.
