影响异丙酚麻醉诱导剂量的多因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 异丙酚全麻诱导剂量受许多因素的影响,但大多数研究是对单一影响因素的探讨,很少同时考虑多种临床因素.为了能正确估计诱导剂量,做到用药个体化,本研究拟选用常用的麻醉诱导方案,应用多因素分析方法,对几种可能影响异丙酚麻醉诱导剂量的因素进行探讨.
