儿童寰枢椎旋转畸形发病机制的解剖学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨小儿寰枢椎旋转畸形发病机制的解剖学依据。方法 对16具小儿和8具成人尸体的枕寰枢关节进行解剖、观测,比较成人和小儿枕寰枢关节的解剖学差异。结果 小儿组横韧带、翼状韧带和齿面角较成人组小,齿突后倾角和关节面的弧度指数大于成人组。枕寰和寰枢关节较成人更不稳定。结论 小儿和成人的寰枢椎在解剖上存在着一定的差异,这些差异可能与寰枢椎旋转畸形的发病机制有关。 Objective To provide anatomical data for the pathological mechanism of atlantoaxial ro- tatory deformity in children. Methods Occipito-atlantoaxial joints from 16 embalmed cadavers of children and 8 of adults were dissected to be studied. Results The dimensions of the transverse ligaments; the alar ligaments and the dens-facet angle of the axis were all smaller in children group than those in adults group. The retroversion angle of odontoid process and radian index of lateral facet of the axis, however, were both bigger in children group than those in adults group. Conclusion Certain anatomical differences between children and adults might play a role in the pathological mechanism of the atlantoaxial rotatory deformity in children.
