组织工程化软骨修复兔膝关节软骨缺损的实验研究
摘要
关节软骨缺损的修复是骨科临床难题之一,现行许多方法均存在急性排斥反应,自体移植供体来源有限,异物反应,假体松动等一系列问题[1].组织工程化软骨为目前最有应用前景的方法,本研究采用国产PDLLA支架负载软骨细胞修复关节软骨缺损,以期为临床应用提供实验依据.
