摘要
连续性肾脏替代治疗(Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy,CRRT)技术是一种新的血液净化治疗手段,由于CRRT 专用机器的价格昂贵,客观上限制了该技术的推广应用。我们根据CRRT机的工作原理,利用Gambro AK-10型血透机 自身功能特点进行改装、设计、成功研制出一台简易实用的床边CRRT机,具有稳定性、简便性、安全性等特点。
The CRRT is a kind of new blood purifing treatment method. As the special CRRT machine costs an arm and a leg, its popularization and applications are limitted objectively. On the basis of the operation principles of CRRT machine, by using Gambro AK -10 dialysers own function we have refitted it and succeeded in designing and developing a simple, easy to operate and practical bedside CRRT machine with a good stability, safety and efficiency.
