翼状胬肉切除术后角膜散光改善的研究 被引量:25

摘要 目的 探讨翼状胬肉切除术后角膜散光的改善情况。方法  3 8例 (3 8眼 )翼状胬肉切除手术 ,术前和术后以角膜地形图及检影法确定角膜散光情况。结果 角膜地形图检查平均散光 :术前为 (4.96± 2 .74)D ,术后为 (3 .3 4± 2 .3 7)D ,术后较术前散光减少 ,差异具有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。检影法检查平均散光 :术前 (1.85± 0 .79)D ,术后 (1.15± 0 .65)D ,术后较术前亦有所减少 ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。术前以远视散光为主 2 6眼 (68.4% ) ,术后远视散光度数不同程度下降。平均最佳矫正视力 :术前为 0 .51± 0 .3 5,术后为 0 .66± 0 .3 4 ,术后较术前有所提高 ,差异具有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 翼状胬肉切除术有利于减少角膜散光 。 Objective To evaluate the changes of corneal astigmatis m after surgery for pterygium.Me thods Using the corneal topography analysis system and retinoscopy,we s tudied the changes of topographic and clinical astigmatism respectively before a nd after surgery for thirty eight pterygia.Results The topogra phic astigmatism was (94.96±2.74)D before surgery and (3.34±2.37 ) D after surgery( P<0.05). The clinical astigmatism was (1.85±0. 79)D before surgery and (1.15±0.65)D after surgery( P<0.05) . The best corrected visual acuity was 0.51±0.35 before surgery and 0.66±0 .34after surgery( P<0.05). There was statistic significance betwe en them before surgery and after surgery.Conclusion Surgical excision can improve topographic and clinic al astigmatism significantly.The visual acuity can be also improved after surger y.
