摘要
目的 总结青光眼术后浅前房的原因及处理方法。方法 分析 155例 (198眼 )青光眼术后浅前房的情况、原因及处理方法。结果 51例 (67眼 )术后发生浅前房 ,发生率为 3 3 8%。浅前房 67眼中发生在术后第 2～ 3天者 49眼 (73 1% )。其中房水引流过畅 51眼 (76 1% ) ,脉络膜脱离 12眼 (17 9% ) ,结膜瓣漏 3眼 (4 5% ) ,恶性青光眼 1眼 (1 5% )。结论 青光眼术后浅前房发生率高 ,其最常见原因是房水引流过畅 ,大多数浅前房通过非手术疗法恢复 。
Objective To analyze the cause and management of shallo w anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery.Me thods Analyze the cause and management of shallow anterior chamber afte r glaucoma surgery .Results In 155 cases (198 eyes),51 cases(67 eyes) had the postoperative complication of shallow anterior chamber,the incide nce rate was 33.8%. 49 eyes (73.1%) of shallow anterior chamber appeared at 2 to 3 days postoperatively.Of the 67 eyes,51 eyes(76.1%) were with excessive filteri ng,12 eyes (17.9%) with choroidal detachment,3 eyes (4.5%) with conjunctival flap flushing,1 eye(1.5%) with maligant glaucoma.Conclusion The com mon cause of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma surgery is excessive aqueou s humor drainage.Most cases can be managed with non surgical methods.Surgical i nterference should be taken if necessary.
