食物中硅的摄入和吸收 被引量:3

摘要 研究证实硅在骨形成中发挥着重要的作用。机体内硅主要来源于食物 ,但对于固体食物中硅的生物学效应还不十分清楚。按性别和年龄进行分组 ,对成人饮食硅摄入量进行估计。找出含硅量丰富的食物 ,然后估计来自这些食物的硅在胃肠道的吸收情况 ,并且确定吸收量与食物中硅含量的相关性。硅吸收情况的研究是采用队列研究方法 ,用 1 2 6项的食物频数量表 ,对 Framingham队列研究早期对象及他们的后代进行调查。用尿硅量对 3~ 8个健康对象进行胃肠消化对食物中硅的摄入情况检测。研究结果表明 ,成年男性平均硅摄入量 (早期对象为 30 mg/d和子代 33mg/d)显著高于成年女性 (早期对象为 2 4 mg/d和子代 2 5 mg/d) ;硅摄入量随年龄升高而降低 ;对男性而言硅含量较多的食物是啤酒和香蕉 ,女性是香蕉和青豆 ;食物中的硅是很容易吸收的 ;吸收硅的平均 41 %通过尿液排泄 ;食物中硅摄入量与尿液中硅量呈相关性 ( P =0 .0 1 9)。研究认为 ,饮食中提供硅的主要是固体食物 ;
