摘要
用Sephadex G-10色谱将人胚胸腺具有免疫促进作用的A组分和具有免疫抑制作用的B组分进行了分离。所得亚组分对植物凝血素诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞转化的影响和紫外吸收图谱表明,具有免疫促进作用的组分为分子量较小的多肽类物质,具有免疫抑制作用的组分为分子量较大并含有核酸的多肽类物质。
Human embryo thymic extracts,fraction A(F_A)which has immunopotentiating activity and fraction B(F_B)which has immunosuppres-sive activity,were fractionated on Sephadex G-10 column。F_A was divided to nine subfractions,and F_B to six.The activity of the subfractions of F_A and F_B to PHA-induced human peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation,and the UV spectra of the subfractions,showed that the immunopotentiating substances had relatively lower molecular weight,the immunosuppressive sub-stances had relatively higher molecular weight and contained nucleic acids.The result suggests that we can obtain immunopotentiating and immunosupp-ressive preparations from thymus simply by methods of controlling their molecular weights.The result can be used as a guide to study or improve thymic hormone preparing procedures for eliminating or getting rid of the antigenicity of thymic hormone preparations.
