摘要
用排卵助孕汤治疗肾虚不孕症70例,排卵率98.6%,妊娠率69.57%。其机理主要是服药后增强生殖内分泌系统的自身调节,通过升高E_2,P,LH,FSH值,降低PRL值,恢复了卵巢的正常排卵功能,并参与了全身各系统的功能调节以及药物直接对生殖器官的作用。
The treatment of the infertility due to deficiency of the kidney with Chinese traditional medicine—the decoction“the promotion of ovulation and fertilization”—obtains good clinic response.The rate of ovulation
and fertilization are 98.6% and 69.57% respectively.This decoction has the distinguishing features of therapeutic effect which are identified in clinic practice.The principal mechanism of curing is thought that this medicine
improves the autoregulation of genital endocrine system,raises the blood levels of LH and FSH,reduces the blood level of PRL and increasing the blood level of E2-P,bringing about the recovery of the ovulatory function.
Secondly,this decoction takes part in coordination of the functions of all the systems of the body and acts directly on the reproductive organs.This provides the objective evidence of the theory of“the kidenv controls reproduction”.
