摘要
通过对球墨铸铁曲轴气体氮碳共渗的工艺过程及失效组织分析,找出了球铁曲轴在气体氮碳共渗过程中渗层鼓泡的原因,为改进处理工艺、降低鼓泡率奠定了基础。
By analizing the process of gas nitrocarburizing of Nodular Graphite Cast Iron Crankshaft and the orgnization of frustration,the reason of bubbling in surface layer of Crankshaft had been found out,which sets the foundation of im-proving the process and reducing the rate of bubbling.
