摘要
研究了烧结型Nd Fe B永磁材料的化学镀Ni P工艺,制定了适合该材料化学镀的一套工艺路线。通过比较酸性和碱性镀层对永磁材料防腐性能的影响,得出了以碱性镀层为底层,酸性镀层为顶层的复合涂层具有很好的耐蚀效果。
The technological process of electroless NiP on sintered NdFeB permanent magnets was studied. The technological procedure for electroless NiP plating on NdFeB magnet was defined .The influence on corrosion resistance of permanent magnets was compared in acid and alkali coating. It was found that a double coating of acid(topcoat)/alkali(undercoat) offered the best corrosion resistance.
