摘要
针对现有洪水预报神经网络结构难以确定的问题,应用一种在训练中包含有延迟功能的BP算法,建立了延迟神经网络。实验研究表明,该算法在盘石头水库的应用中取得了令人满意的结果。
Aiming at the difficulty in construction of neuro network of current flood forecasts, applying on BP arithmetic delayed function in the training,a delayed neuro network was established. The experiment research expresses the arithmetic obtains satisfaction result in the application of Panshitou reservoir.
