摘要
采用一步法以PTMEG,BDO,TEA,TDI为原料,选用n CaCO3合成了PU/n CaCO3弹性体,并考察了BDO,TEA,NCO/OH,n CaCO3的含量对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明,纳米碳酸钙对聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能有一定提高。粒度分析与SEM测试表明,纳米粒子在本研究体系中的分散程度不理想。
In this paper,polyether urethane elastomers based on polytetramethylene etherglycol(PTMEG,1,4butyleneglycol(1,4BDO),diisocyanate(TDI) and nanoparticles(nCaCO3) were prepared successfully.The effects of BDO,the ratio of NCO and OH and the contents of nCaCO3 were also investigated.The results show that nanoparticles can improve the mechanical properties.The results of TEM and granularity analysis tests show that nanoparticles were not better dispersed in this system .
