摘要
应用原子吸收光谱法测定了实验动物鼠饲料中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Mg、K、Na7种微量元素的含量。结果表明,7种微量元素中,Zn、Cu、Na的含量达到国家标准,分别高于国家标准88.18%、14.91%和9.85%,Mn、Mg、K、Fe的含量低于国家标准42.71%、32.95%、14.56%和6.74%。7种微量元素测定的回收率为89.71%~101.45%。
The content of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mg, K, Na in rat feedstuff of laboratory animal was deter-
mined by AAS. The results showed that the content of Zn, Cu, Na achieved to the national standard which
its content was higher for 88.18%, 14.91% and 9.85% respectively than the national standard. The con-
tent of Mn, Mg, K, Fe was lower for 42.71%, 32.95%, 14.56% and 6.74% respectively than the na-
tional standard. The rate of recovery of 7 kinds of trace elements was 89.71%~101.45%.
