摘要
公司化是席卷全球证券交易所的一场变革浪潮,其根本原因是信息技术的运用和推动。本文从"会员制"与"公司制"的比较入手,介绍了交易所公司化的现状,并对全球交易所公司化取得的成功进行了归纳总结。在上述基础上,本文通过对我国证券交易所治理结构现状的分析,提出我国证券交易所公司化的必然性,并设计了一套公司化改制的具体方案。
Demutualization involves the stock exchanges in the world due to the information technologys rapid development.The article begins with comparison with 'member governance'and'corporate governance',and then analyses its development and success.Based on these,it introduces the governance structure and puts forward a scheme of demutualization of China stock exchanges.
