摘要
通过实验研究了助磨剂在Al(OH)3 微粉生产中的应用效果 ,优选用于Al(OH)3 微粉种的助磨剂种类的添加量 ,对生产过程中的料球质量比、浆料质量浓度等工艺参数进行优化 ,结果表明 :添加0.4 %Z -1型助磨剂 ,可使现有设备的产能提高1倍以上。
The effects of grinding aids on the production of aluminum hydroxide ultrafine powders are studied.The types of grinding aids and additions for Al(OH)3 ultrafine powders are choosed,and the technical parameters of the ratio of material to medium and the concentration of slurry are optimized. The results show that adding 0.4%Type Z-1 grinding aid,the production capacity of grinding equipment add up to 1 times larger than that of no grinding aid.
