摘要
经济全球化作为21世纪一股不可阻挡的潮流,正对各国经济发展产生广泛而深刻的影响。加入世贸组织,标志着中国房地产业的对外开放进入全新阶段。入世给中国房地产业带来发展机遇和严峻挑战。面对这一形势,我们不仅要加快我国的房地产业的发展,更重要的是完善相关制度建设,为房地产业的长期持续发展奠定制度基础。本文在介绍和评述WTO房地产规则的基础上,论述了加入WTO对中国房地产业的影响,并提出制度上应对入世的措施。
The globalization of economy as the inevitable trend in 21st century has an extensive and profound influence on the economy of every country in the world. The entry of China into WTO symbolized a brand new stage for the open policy in China's real estate industry. It has brought great opportunities and rigorous challenges to China's real estate industry. Facing this situation, we should not only speed up the development of the real estate, but also improve the related system construction, which becomes the base of the longterm persistent development of the real estate. On the base of introducing the WTO rules on real estate, this paper discusses its influence on China's real estate industry, then, the countermeasures to this situation are given.
