摘要
通过对当代大学生性格特征和住居行为的分析,指出了现阶段大学生宿舍相对于大学生居住需求的不适应性问题,提出了在当前高校办学、管理模式社会化改革的形式下,对现代大学生公寓建筑创作的探新,以使设计符合大学生精神和物质方面的个性化需求。
By analysis of the modern students' disposition and living habits in colleges and universities, it is pointed out in this paper, that at present, the old dormitory isn't suited to the students and a new design for dormitory building in colleges and universities was proposed to meet the needs of students psychologically and materially under the situation of reform in socialized education and management nowadays.
