摘要
研究了保护熔剂对亚共晶Al-Si合金A319熔体温度处理工艺及其细化晶粒效果的影响.结果表明,使用保护熔剂可以较好地解决熔体温度处理工艺高温氧化问题,并能细化合金中的共晶硅相,起到覆盖保护、精炼、除渣、细化一次性完成的效果.从而使熔体温度处理工艺对铝相组织形貌的改善和细化效果能够得到更加明显的体现.
Protecting flux was used to improve the function of melt thermal treatment (MTT) process. The result shows that the protecting flux can resolve the oxidation problem of high temperature melt in MTT. It can also refine the Si-phase in the alloy. The protecting flux can protect the melt, refine the crystal and remove the impurity at the same time. The research also shows that if the protecting flux is added, MTT can reduce the size of the crystal to the full extent.
