摘要 工程施工期和运行期的安全度汛,协调发电与防洪的矛盾,进行梯级水库联合调度,提高工程现代化管理水平等,都必须有行之有效的水情测报手段。龙滩水情测报系统由信息采集传输、信息处理、信息发布等子系统组成。系统设备配置合理,性能稳定,运行可靠,在龙滩工程施工防洪度汛工作中发挥了重要作用。 Effective hydrologic regime measurement & forecasting means are essential to ensure the safety of project during flood season in its construction and operation, the coordination between power generation and flood control, the joint operation of the cascade reservoirs, as well as the enhancement of modernization management level of project. The automatic hydrologic regime measurement & forecasting system for the Longtan Project consists of the data acquisition, transmission, processing and distribution sub-systems. The system equipment is logical in configuration, stable in its performances and reliable in operation. It has played an important role in the flood control during the construction of the Longtan Hydropower Project.
