摘要
龙滩水电站水库淹没涉及贵州、广西两省(区),移民人数多,征地移民工作的难度很大,关系复杂。为此,结合龙滩征地移民工作的实际,对水库征地移民工作的管理模式、移民安置实施规划、淹没处理补偿标准、征地移民投资的使用管理、移民综合监理、电站利益分配等几大问题进行了初步探讨。
The inundation losses of the Longtan reservoir involves in both provinces of Guizhou and Guangxi and a number of relocated population so it is difficult and complicated to requisite the land and resettle the people. For this reason, this article discusses on the following major problems, such as the management mode of land requisition and resettlement in the reservoir area; the implementation planning for arrangement of the relocated people; the compensation standards for inundation losses; management of the investment for land requisition and resettlement; the comprehensive supervision on the relocated people; and the distribution of the benefits from the hydropower station. At the same time, this article also puts forward some proposals on the above-mentioned problems.
